Am awaiting refunds on two items , returned by Royal Mail tracked, they are not reply to my emails ! This is really unfair as the items were expensive and I do not wish to pay for items that I sent back in perfect order and promptly , does snyon have a customer contact number as am struggling to find one?

This company is a joke I ordered my son an Armani jacket for xmas and we received a Lyle and Scott jacket, we sent the jacket back now because we dont have a Royal mail receipt we can't get a refund total joke €70 out of pocket because the workers can't put the correct jacket in a bag ????

Orederd twice at Christmas 2022 really fast and efficient delivery. Just wondering why the website takes you to flannels instead of their own website when trying to look and buy stuff now

Really struggling with Base. Ordered a Christmas present for my son which was due before Christmas. Every day it was supposed to be delivered I received an email from DPD saying that there had been an unexpected delay and will be delivered tomorrow. This has been going on now for weeks and of course my son hasn't received his present. I have also struggled to get in touch with Base. I have sent 2 emails and called customer services. They didn't pick up the phone and it just disconnects. Also their website takes you through to Flannels????? This is absolutely unacceptable. They have taken my money, no jacket and no communication!!! Really unhappy. Please can Base get in touch with me!!!!!!!!!!!????????!!!!!!!!

Great boots at a fabulous price and delivered promptly. Sadly they had to be returned as they were too small and larger size was unavailable. So impressed I will order from Base again in the future.

This is the worst company I have ever ordered from. I ordered a coat for my son, due to it being small, I returned it. 2 weeks later I call to see where is my refund. They say their system is down and to give them 10 days. I get an email today they are delivering something, when I call up they tell me they are delivering the same coat I returned. They said my son wore that coat and it was dirty and it also had somebody else's name on it aswell. I have never returned anything dirty to anybody. This means They are now sending someone else's dirty coat back to me. So I have not received my money and they expect to accept somebody else's dirty coat. This is a disgusting service from Base and if I could give them a 0 I would have.

Was meant to be refunded within 3/5 days now has been 8 days and just been told it’s going to be another 4 days and not the full amount I never bought a sale item and base have tried to refund me what the item would cost in the sale very poor customer service

Been waiting for a refund since 21st (that’s when it said pending in my PayPal) of December I don’t think this is good enough as payment was made instant to you.

After reading the reviews I was hesitant to purchase from Base, however I cannot fault them. Great items and some items competivly priced. Fast delivery and will definitely be purchasing from Base again.

My experience was very very poor with everything including your dpd delivery and your online customer service manager wasn’t helpful at all. Dpd did not deliver my item and they said it as been delivered that someone signed for it which wasn’t true it’s only when I called them that started with another story

Fast package delivered. The jacket is very nice and true to description. I am happy with the shopping experience. I hope I can receive the tracking number without asking the customer service in the future.

I paid extra for Sunday delivery, they tried to deliver while I was out Saturday and failed.when trying to sort this out Base said they recalled my order I'll get a refund. Bad customer service all round.
All because I asked for a refund on my carrier charge the didn't like it.
I also suffer from bad dyslexia so it wasn't easy trying to get my point across they didn't care...
